After a remarkable 17-year NBA career, including Rookie of the Year, Sixth Man of the Year, two NBA Championships with the Miami Heat and an Olympic Gold Medal, Mike set out to establish LIFT Sports Management as a top-tier, full-service agency. Mike’s insights from his time as a player, coach and now agent, put him in a unique position to help athletes achieve success on the court, in business and in their personal lives.
From AAU to college announcements to Draft Day to post-playing career, Mike possesses a unique understanding of the basketball landscape — because he lived it. LIFT has extensive brand relationships, and will negotiate and execute campaigns for clients across brands that are authentic and aligned with their passions. This includes putting together strategic pitch ideas, facilitating introductions to national and international brands for endorsement and partnership opportunities, engaging with team marketing representatives for deals with team partners and corporate sponsors, and outreach to local, hometown and college markets. LIFT provides an intentional, innovative and customized approach to brand elevation, not just marketing, more a sophisticated strategy to increased brand awareness.
